    If you live in your PPOR for less than 12 months, move out and rent it, would you have to pay back your FHOG? On the same note, would you be up for more stamp duty if you changed your PPOR to an IP too quickly as well.

    You need to occupy it for 6 months starting within the first 12 months of ownership.
