    Anybody know of a lender that will lend more than 95% in Tasmania outside of the “city” areas? Lender must be ok with wrapping.

    Can tell only by knowing the post code or city/suburb name but in most of the smaller city you should be ok to get 95% finance.

    ANZ will lend nearly anywhere in Tas, but they will not lend for wraps.
