OK I’ve been doing what the first book said and buying +CF property (in NZ) and I’m up to 5 IP’s giving me a +CF of around $6,000 p.a.
My concern is that I’ll need one hell of a lot of these to get financially free from working, maybe 50 or more of them !
Am I going about it the right way or did I miss something?
gday,having read the books just recently it sounds like you are going to plan what is the problem with 50+ properties as long as you can keep funding them.how are you funding the deposits??

Just from savings and I’m now borrowing against them for further acquisitions.
