    first post on this site but have been reading for a while. Looking to refinance some loans on interest only five year fixed rate at a rock bottom and saw some brokers here. Thinking of sapphire and currently with IMB. Any obvious answers[biggrin]

    Welcome to forum! What’s the resason to change as I can just checked both bank got the same 5 year fixed rates.
