Does anyone know if you can offer a property FOR SALE after exchange of contracts but before settlement actually occurs? I have a potential property lined up requiring renovations. Since this property is over 6 hours away and I am purchasing well below market value I am wondering if I can do a quick turnover?

Yes you can, this is called flipping. The contract needs to be unconditional though.
