Well i am about to look at refinancing and low and behold IFHL comes along. What am i to do?
Derivex become the interested party on your mortgage title, so say you want to sell the property, can you sell?
or
Need written permission or whatever to Derivex?
cheers
Exactly the same as what would happen with a standard lender – You sell and they are paid out on settlement.

I would imagine the screening is fairly tight are you able to tell me or direct me to the checklist of what they are after for one to qualify for a loan.
cheers
I am not an Agent as yet as I have not completed the agreement. This should be finished this week. Send Simon an email and I am sure he can forward the checklist. I don’t think I am allowed without the signed agreement.

They are no tighter than other lenders, in fact in some areas I would consider them to have relaxed normal lending practices a surprising amount.
If you are refinancing a current debt and income levels are unchanged then the process is almost automatic.
