Property developer’s program – Sydney

Hi guys and girls,

Im a long time lurker – first time poster. This is a fantastic site, but with only one PPOR under my belt, Im quite happy continuing to be a lurker at this point. [biggrin]

This program came into my inbox at work (I work for a local council in Sydney) which may interest some of you. I have no idea who they are, or whether they are any good, and Im certainly not pushing this company or anything, but I thought Id post it up here anyway and you can decide for yourelves. Since Ive gleened so much information myself off this site, this is a very small token of my appreciation.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BECOME A SUCCESSFUL PROPERTY DEVELOPER?

In response to the demand for a quality training program for the development industry, UDIA NSW has developed the Property Developers Program. The program will be particularly valuable for executives new to the sector, technical specialists seeking a broader overview of the development industry, those considering a career in property development, and public sector planners and officials.

Each unit will move seamlessly between theory and practice as key conceptual and theoretical frameworks are presented and applied to a number of sites and projects derived from across New South Wales.

The program:

Unit 1 Development Opportunities and Feasibility Analysis

Unit 2 The Regulatory Environment for Development

Unit 3 Project Management for Developers

Unit 4 Development Marketing and Sales

The full program (all four units) will run three times this year in February, May and August. The dates for the February program are 17/18/24/25th and it is booking up fast! For more information, please email
