    Back to realestate terms , well sort of .
    Whilst I was walking through a house there recently , the agent , behind me , said and here’s the chippy .
    I was looking for the carpenter who had turned up for some reason .
    (wont be fooled by that one again [biggrin] )

    2 totally different things these can be purchased through the council for a small sum covers site instability ,commercial comtamination and house permits (as is) as building trades people dont have compulsry registration like some states in aussy

    Sounds like “cross collateralisation” meaning more than one property being offered as security for one loan. Not too sure

    A “Hard Case”

    A person in NZ that is described as a “Hard Case” is considered to be humourious.
    In Aus that same person is considered a dumbarse.

    At least that is my understanding![blink]
