In the topic ‘No money down’ posted in this forum user ‘propertytrader’ enraged a few members by ‘dangling the bone’ in front of their faces. This person claims to have made 10’s of thousands of dollars profit from trading (as I imagine it would be) real estate using as little as $1 down payment for the deal.
Having read this and learning that propertytrader would aslo not share the strategy with the rest of the forum, I took it upon myself to find out if this person’s mentor existed online.
After a bit of searching I found an Author by the name of T.C. Bradley and his book “Controlling real estate without credit checks’.

Above is a URL I found for a site where you can purchase his book. Along with a few satisfied customer review’s.What I’m curious to know is; has anyone read this persons book? Has anyone tried his method? Or has anyone heard about methods akin to this one, that would support propertytraders claims?
Personally, based on the countless number of book’s I’ve read on real estate investing, I think this author and propertytrader are FOS. If such a method did exist I think some of the more respectable investing guru’s of today would know about this method and have already shared it witht the rest of us.
