Hoping some of you can suggest any financial advisors who are also Real Estate specialists who can guide us towards our goal of financial freedom? [biggrin]
Have already seen two financial planners who only recommended shares/managed funds etc and were only suggesting how we could retire at 65 comfortably!!!!!![confused2]
We have had other people tell us that via use of companies etc.and real estate……we could get alot more (legal) tax breaks/deductions and retire much much earlier. [exhappy] But want to see a financial specialist that can show us this for sure!!!! and how!!!
Also can anyone tell me – is a Real Estate Broker the same as a real estate agent (or are we talking a totally different kettle of fish????) & If different, who can you recommend ????
Also, does anyone out there have a specific stock broker that they deal through that can offer good trustworthy advice and that you would recommend to us??
