    Hi Everyone

    I am going to have my Dunedin and Invercargill properties revalued. Does anyone know a good valuer who they have dealt with in the past. I have been told there are some to avoid at all costs as they always give a low value. Dunedin and Invercargill if you have contacts in both.

    What purpose are you getting your property valued for? If it is for a mortgage, you had better contact your lender first.
