I was just looking through our local real estate mag, and found a couple of properties that may be of interest to someone. There are two different properties, which are duplexes and selling with tenancy in both.
Lot 1 currently returns $220/week (total for both i think) and is advertised at $137,000Lot 2 currently returns $200/week and is advertised at $135,000
Just thought i’d give someone a ‘heads up’ if they are investors in this part of SA.

i used to invest in millicent about three years ago, nice little town. When i was buying at it there were heaps of things happening in the area , new potato factory, major windmill projects it was really starting to move. about 12 months ago I since sold and moved on
Oh and we were able to buy duplex’s for about 40K – oh the good old days
