    Hi All,

    Not sure if this is the right forum for this quesiton but here goes.

    Has anyone heard of a company called Crownhall Pty Ltd. They are building retirment villages around the country. The latest one is in Armidale the properties are around $ 100K each and will return a postive cashflow.

    I am very new to property investment (dont even have one yet) so any information or ideas of where to researh (and what to research) would be a huge help

    Hi asarkis,

    Welcome to the forum, Sorry I cant help with info on that company, but one thing you need to look at with investing in retirement property is that some lenders usually only lend around 70%… It’s kind of a niche market.

    Thanks for the advice I never knew that I could only get 70% It will make me change my numbers.
