I went to Steve’s Masterclass in Sydney in October. I was inspired by Tiffany & Brett (MAPPERS) and we decided to continue our renovating successes & invest those profits etc etc. However, on 28th November my huband had emergency surgery on his back & won’t be able to do physical work anymore. Not deterred we’re looking for an alternative vehicle to create wealth through property, and are investigating subdivisions.I’ve found some property’s in Tasmania and Regional NSW that would suite a simple subdivision. Can someone advise me on templates, or specific things I need to know. Also any experience/advice in terms of not living in close proximity to the project.
