    Hi,

    Does anyone know of a reliable source for obtaining accurate up to date land values for the different industrial suburbs in and around Perth….eg (Welshpool / Balcatta / Ozzy Park) etc.

    Already tried the Valuer General’s Office…great for residential – not so flash for Comm and Ind. props.

    As far as I know, you should be able to get the info from the Local Council.

    Have you tried DOLA or is that who you went to?

    They do reports for a fee. Really helpful though.
