    Hey guys,

As this is my first post i’d like to thankyou all for creating such an awesome community for newbie and even experienced investors.

    My question is two-fold:

    1. Do you think it is a viable strategy to purchase properties in country areas (research and due dilligence done) and do a lease option on that property? (I know you all love wraps but my investing team has decided to go down the path of lease options.)

    2. in if anyone has experience in this type of detail could they please share their story on finding a lease option partner in these areas?

Thankyou all soo much in advance.

    Jayvan

From my experience, country areas are generally not good places to invest in, unless it is at the start of a boom, and/or they are near large regional areas.
