How many of Steves properties are wrapped?????
why would this matter?
If he has 1 or 10000 how does it impact on what you want to do? I don’t see the relevance

It would give an indication that Steve can not find +CF properties and that he simply buys them then wraps them so they do become +CFWEll there are many members here, ask them.
I have some CF+ and I do not wrap anything I own.

Try the net, try other members, don’t limit your search and use your imagination.
I mean you think I would just find one now and say hey Gogo, take it a gift?
We are all in the game of investing here and a good deal is one we are all going to jump on.

Adelaide SAFrom memory Steve has less than a quater of his properties as wraps (the percentage could be even lower still).
So that means he has found many CF+ buy and holds. But he has used his knowledge of Problem+Solution=Profit to make some properties which were CF- into CF+.

I have also queried the same about Steve’s properties.I do not wrap properties. I do positive and negatively geared. If you are looking at positive properties, I believe this is a real challenge at present.
I am from WA….. and you may have some success with Karratha, Kalgoorlie, Merredin. But you will still need to research what is good IP and trash. Good luck.
I was at the recent course in Sydney, and I think he said about 1/3 of his ‘dwellings’ were wrapped.
