    Would anyone be prepared to offer their insight into gaining necessary info prior to purchasing? I have scoured through most of the forums and see mentions of API and somekind of index? Is there somewhere the pro’s go to gain info on hot suburbs/localities??

    Or is it REALLY a bit of hit and miss by net searching and doing the 11 second rule (plus detailed number crunching)???
