    I am curious to find out if anyone understand what will happen on the sunshine coast (queensland) with the increase of costs placed on developers regarding infrastructure.

    The short answer is they will pass that on to the purchasers whenever they can.

    But you have to consider market forces and if prices go up and no one buys, some will be forced to sell and absorb costs. You have to love lenders and interest rates. No mercy for the weak
