    Hi; im getting ready to do LO.

    We own our house outright (250k) and we could lay our hands on about $50k.

    I would like ideas on how to use the cash and our equity in the most efficient and effective way possible to eventually have enough Lease Option propertied to live on.

    any ideas please.

    depends on how much income you wish to make and what time frame you wish to do this in.
