Friends of mine stayed over at Castle Rotter recently and being a nosey little chap I spied the $1000000 in property book in their possession. It has sparked my interest and I have since purchased said publication.
I am a 30 year old military officer who is looking for a sea change. To achieve this sea change I have successfully raised a part time business called Underdog Leathers.

its doing reasonably well, but I would like to make my efforts permanent through channeling its hard earned love into investment properties. Whilst it provides me with a ‘passive’ income right now – Im in it for the challenge of raising and growing this baby to international and million dollar level. Seeing that this goal can and will be achieved now with the right application, I wish to pursue other challenges.
I have a wife who is a student, and a 7 month old baby. I have a large mortgage (267K), quite a bit of car debt (in the process of addressing). In terms of equity – hmmph well I suppose the house was valued at around 320K.
Im looking forward to receiving the book and fast track CD and learning about property investing. Ive had a quick read through some of the posts on this forum and its reassuring to see that people are supporting each other rather than keeping their knowledge to themselves.
