Does anyone have thoughts on purchasing for CF+ returns in Ravenswood, Tassie? I’m just wondering if investors have found vacancy rates a problem or rental yields to be a good return.

Gatsby.Hi there – be aware that Ravo is the original housing commission suburb in northern tas. You will be appealing to a very limited market of people and fairly or not has a nasty stigma attached to it. It can be a bit of a warzone (for Tassie) at times – very uncomfortable place to drive through and visit.
You would be better off looking at some more borderline areas like Mowbray or Invermay where some gentrification has started taking place but prices aren’t necessarily sky high.
