Hi all,
For all those of you who have any experience with land development.
I have come across some land in a very busy area which may have some development potential.
Can anyone tell me what I need to know to start subdivision ect.
The land size is approx 5 acres with water access. Close to main shopping center ect. No power or sealed road as yet.
Where do I start? eg Council approval, surveing, new titles ect
Any comments would be appreciated.
This deal is way beyond anything i am familliar with but we are trying to think out side the box so any advice is good.
