    Hi There,
I attended a masterclass yesterday and found some interesting insights. However, i left a little cautious as to the right direction to actually start – Investment property ? Reno to accumilate more funds or ??Probably looking at gains via reno as opposed to CG as cause of flat outlook ?
    120K available ?
No Mortgage, 1 income circa 130k, 2 babies under 14months.
Understand small steps to gain further knowledge, however first step/direction ?
Why/plan implement – Generate enough income stream to replace chain to corporate world – Spend more quality time with young children before and after scool in 5 years.
Lots to gain / nothing to lose –

    Hi

It looks like you are in a really good financial position so you coulod do various things, but probably the most important thing is to get started on something.

I’ve seen a lot of people do various courses, they come out pumped up, but then the feeling gradually fades and they end up doing nothing.

But don’t just jump into anything, chose an area and do some concentrated research and jump in.
