As most of unit’s price posted on the advertisement are around 300K in sydney. Can I give them an offer below 10%, say 270K ? Is it too much ? Can anyone give me some advice ?
Thanks !As I am from Hong Kong, I found that the price boost up so aggressively in Sydney this few years seems look like in HK before 1997. It’s not a good things. This is just my opinion.
you can do whatever you like….
if you foresee a problem ie like hk in 1997 – then i suggest you dont offer….
rent is cheap …..
