I’m new to this, and I am looking for a cf+ property. (who isn’t!) What I have read has lead me to looking at NZ property. Could you lovely people give me a broad overview of what I need to consider with buying a property in NZ as oppossed to buying one here. I’m thinking of tax eg, where is the income taxed, stamp duty, and other costs that are different. PM fees, are they similar?
I’d be very grateful for being pointed in the right direction!

In the meantime, try doing a search on “NZ”. Make sure you have a cuppa with you, because there has been lots and lots of discussion about NZ.
