    G’Day team,
    Since we’re on the topic, i’ve always wondered about owning car spaces or developing them. I think there is some info on this site somewhere..
    any advice would be awesome.

    there will be less cars and more public transport/car pooling in the future. just an observation. im sure if you buy in the right place it will be a pretty good investment.

    I am not a fan of carspaces for the follwoing reasons:
    -low capital growth
    -low rental yields
    -cannot add value to them, and
    -hard to finance
