    Hi all,

    Just seeking some advice into Bird Dogging!!
    As a builder i come across many great opportunities for positive cashflow properties.

    And as I am only just starting out on my own investing journey i am looking at ways to help raise some capital, having read both of steves books it seems that bird dogging could be a way of raising some capital to use as deposits on my future properties.Can I please have some advice into starting out???
