On the forum there is allot of talk about Steve’s book & some references to Jan Summers books but there is no reference to Margaret Lomas .
If anyone has read any of Margaret’s books I would be interested in hearing peoples views.

I did a search but couldn’t find much , only some reference to the books.
My understanding of Margaret Loams strategy is to find a property which was built after 1985 ( I think ) which the government will allow you to depreciate ( On paper deduction ) . The property will be -ve geared , using the On paper deductions some more tax will be saved & utilised to reduce the mortgage & increase equity.
This strategy keeps you tied to a job but it’s a start !!!
Hi Domo.
Ive purchased and read all her books. They are an excellent source of material for new and experienced investors alike, and compliment much of what you will learn from Steve.
Like Steve – she gives many examples of how to crunch numbers, and has some very good tools on her website.
Cheers
