Q? re Semi Detatched Houses in SA

Hi all,

As I am moving to SA I have noticed a large predominance of Semi – Detached houses in SA.

It appears to me that while the rental seems ok on these places, most people do not want to own one to live in ie the price is quite reduced compared to a freestanding equivilant.

I am thinking of buying one or two of these. Does anyone have any experiece with them?

I was particularly interested in buying a complete set ie both sides of property.

You will always miss 100% of the shots you don’t take!
