    Hi,
    Just wondering if many people have invested offhsore other than NZ?
    I have a couple IP’s in the US, but I havn’t seen much discussion of offshore investing on the forum. Is there any interest in that here?

    Our version of events is faily similar. Had major dramas securing a SS number. Acutally called and ITIN for foreigners. Took about 4 months!! and substantially delayed settlement as it is required for the deed to be processed.
    That said, 30% gross yields are available but you do need to go and get your hands dirty as quibbles stated in his post.
