International Property Financing

I work in the International Investment Property arm of Colliers INternational, we ran an advert recently in a Qantas in-flight magazine and were inundated with enquiries from Australia, the single largest problem I am faced with in assisting people in Australia is the financing. Does anyone have any contacts able to discuss financing for international properties other than refinancing on australian property.
