I have been researching trusts and have come across one named, Pure Trust, Or Pure Trust Organisation.
During my search i also came across websites which say this trust is not recognised as a trust and is just a scam.
Yet the websites promoting this trust say when structured correctly is legal and recognised.Both these sides of the arguement have numerous references to support each of the cases.
I was wondering if there is anyone who has had experience or knowledge of this trust who could clear this up for me??

I have never heard of them, but I’m wondering what is the supposed benefit of having one, compared to a standard discretionary or hybrid trust?

Pure Trusts are an American structure. Different country = different rules and phraseology.
Suggest you do a search of the forum for posts about trusts – there are plenty. Steer clear of American stuff on investing , it almost always has no value and will just confuse you with all the hype.

According to me best structure is Hybrid trust for normal investing.
