I imagine that if I have a an Australian reg Co, It could buy a property in N.Z, or for that matter anywhere in the world. So my question is that I might use the Oz Company to start to purchasing IP with. So in that matter i image that my bank wil lend me money to purchase a property offshore.
Should I be wrong or heading down the wrong path, pls let me know

You will find it very difficult to find an Australian credit provider willing to take o.s security over the loan.
