I am just getting started and think I have found my first Positively Geared property.
It is a small Strata Office (28 sq) a short walk from the centre of Brissy.
1st – Is this type of property a good investment.
2nd – PP $59,000 – Rent $8,733pa – all outgoings (rates,Body Corp, Mgmt etc) $4,297pa.
Keen to make an offer, what do you think?
Thanks Michael[blink]The fees appear to be very high for the size of the property, you should have this checked, is there an existing tennant and what is its suggested usage… Phil
