    Up untill a recent discussion I had just assumed that land tax on NSW IP was something our accountant would take care of along with all other tax. Is this actually the case? Do we have to do anything about it ourselves? Is property on land under a certain value exempt?

    I am glad you brought up the subject as I was under the same impression. With the recent changes to NSW legislation I am unsurre what I have to do in relation to land tax. Where do we get info???…can anyone help???

    Hi,
    I can only tell you about my experience and that it is that you will receive an invoice for land tax quarterly.
