    Can anyone point to some good references with info about buying off the plan &/or put & call options?

    Does anyone have experience with these sort of deals?

    Any comments appreciated.

    One of my friends bought a unit using put/call options in NSW. These possibly allow you to onsell and avoid stamp duty.
