    Hello,

    Can anyone give me some feed back on investing in buying a car park in a multistorey carpark in the city.

    For example, a carpark is for sale fo $40k , returning $3000 per annum, on a ten year lease!
    How lucrative can that be in the long term?

    Any ideas will be appreciated.

    These aren’t good investments in my opinion. But others disagree and there have been a few thread in the last 2-3 months. Do a search and you should be able to find them.
