    Hi there,

In Steves second book $1000000 in property in one year, a term ‘head tennant’ or something to that effect, is mentioned a couple of times in regards to finding people to fill for example a block of units that are vacant.

Does this mean approaching a government body to see if they have employees to rent each room?

    Thanks,

    Ian

It could mean that one of the units has a tenant in there – you make him/her the head tenant to get others to fill the rooms and he gets a few dollars out of it.

    Regards,
    Geo.
