    Hi all,
    I have just been looking for some + cashflow property and thought I would ask if anyone knows where you can get hold of average weekly/annual rental returns on Australian towns or by postcodes ? And maybe rental demands ?

    Hi Jay,

    Australain Property Investor has median rents by postcode in every second edition. Be aware that not all postcodes are listed as some are statistically unreliable due to the small samples.

    For Qld you can look at a magazine called Queensland Property & lifstyle. It has all the median rental returns, vacancy rates for most areas in QLd.
