    Hi all,

I am a newbie at this. Have read both Steve’s books, and was wondering if anyone had an opinion on Peter Spann and his book “From Broke To Multi Millionaire in 7 Years”. Does this book suit a beginner?

You might also do a search of the forum. There was a really long string a month or so ago about Peter Spann and he was an active contributor to it.

Peter Spann is a must read.

You can compare Steve Mcknight – ve+ low growth rural properties to Peter Spann – ve- high growth, renovate, city properties.

Me I prefer the Peter Spann strategy with a few Mcknight type properties.

Yes, but hang on now….. Steve’s major strategy at the time was wraps, which he is now staying away from….

Peter’s strategy is a more long term, buy & hold one…..

BOTH have their advantages & disadvantages… it depends on your own goals….

    Cheers

Hi Yack, I haven’t read Steve’s new book yet, but don’t think he promotes low growth rural properties. From his last book it looked like high growth positive cashflow properties in major rural towns.

Peter is a wonderful public speaker, actually in my opinion better than wonderful.

Peter was also an earlier pioneer to wealth creation and awareness that Steve and Dave, his stratagies are different but the result is to become free from the Rat Race, same as Steve and Dave.Isn’t that what its all about – tell your boss to get stuffed and be in control of your own destiny ???
