Just wondering if anyone knows anything or where one can find more information on head-leases? It was mentioned a couple of times in Steve’s new book as a method of securing tenants for investment properties (i.e. renting out the whole residence to a government department of other company/organisation). Sounds like a great idea but is there a website or somewhere where i can find out more information about this type of leasing?
Tried doing a search both here and in Google for “head lease” but nothing came up.

I live in a country town and all our government workers get housing supplied by Geha govt employee housin authority maybe google it.
