I am a Canadian living in Australia as a Australian resident.

My question is how would I get finance in Australia to purchase investment properties back home in Canada as I have been seeing some good ROI properies there?

The properties range from $20 000-$70 000 with 15%-25% returns.

Anyone have any suggestions on where to start?

You will have a lot of trouble getting an Australian Mortgage secured by Canadian real estate.

Do you have property here to borrw against?

Perhaps a Canadian lender might do it?

Maybe you can take a personal loan to start the first few and the use built up equity to fund further property in Canada?

    Just some ideas.
