Has anyone attended a seminar by Keith Cunningham,often mentioned by John Burley.He is doing a 3 day seminar in Sydney in December.Value $1995 value for money ? What do you think ?

I’ve spoken to a few people and apparently it is excellent. Just a word of warning however do expect to break through a few comfort zones.
Saying that though Keith has a very impressive CV. He started a couple of cable companies, and listed one of those on the US stock exchange.
He also has a great tapeset: Keys to $1 Million, 65 Houses, 18 Months.

Lucifer_auI have heard very good things about the mentoring propgramme too. i havent been on it but remember him from Burley boot camp as being very perceptive with people as well as very informative about property etc.
