I recently purchased a 4 bedroom house in Kingswood for under $270,000. Requires a good deal of work, but I’m doing most of it myself. How do people see this market (Its close to Penrith).

I’m an agent nearby, I believe this area has a long way to go.
Penrith with the ADI SITE, and Blacktown is booming, plus the new shopping centre being built in Blacktown.
Put it this way, I know a major player who has invested alot of money in this area.

I agree with you. Western Sydney seems to have developed a new set of legs.
