Hi All, currently looking at commerical property trusts, this looks very attractive as it could provide positive cash flow and capital growth.
Who invests in this? Can anyone out there provide feedback. Cheers
I have heard (rumours) that in the Sydney market the commercial market will be the next big thing in property. However I have done no concrete research myself.
It would appear on the surface that trusts are a great way to start as you spread your risk around rather than gambling on on 1 property/tenant.
On the downside I would say that you could not borrow as much (perhaps 50-70% through margin lending) and that your returns would be less than direct investing.
As I said these comments are unresearched.
