Hi all,
Just received news that I am moving to SA. Anyone familliar with the Elizabeth area or any suburb near RAAF Base Edinburgh.
I am thinking of buying my PPOR, fixing it up and then when I am posted out of the area selling or renting out.
Anyone know anything about the area? Prices, ect. What to look out for? Places to invest or stay away from?
