Ok these are 2 simplish question with a complex answer im quessing.
1. How do u all invest.
I mean do u invest in as an indervidual, trust or busnesses.
2. Why did u choose that way?

1) Via discretionary family trusts,
2) asset protection.

P.S. hybrid trusts are often touted on this forum as magic puddings – if you are concerned, (and you should be) that they may fail to deliver the promised tax benefits, get a PRIVATE BINDING RULING from the ATO prior to entering the arrangment.

I was wondering if anyone can recmend a good accountant and financial advisory in W.A. preferaly one that invests them self too.
