    Hi Dsix,

I assume that, based on your thread title, you are after software that analyses the viability of development projects.

If so http://www.devfeas.com.au have a software package that is advertised as doing this. Please note I haven’t used this package so you will need to make up your own mind.

thanks derek, I already have v-good feasibility software, I will explain what I am doing. My company is doing a J/V with a building co, our company purchases land and wholesales building materials to the J/V CO. It’s all in the early stages so I need to keep track of exspences, gst, assets etc. maybe POSH or PIA software will survice, but it seems to be more for existing property

    Hi Dsix,

PIA is a piece of analysing software which crunches ‘a property’s numbers’ so an investor knows where they stand prior to purchase.

I am not familiar with POSH but I understand it records income and outgoings for property after purchase – more as a recording tool for investors.

I suppose that the MYOB/Quicken range of products is probably most suited for your purposes.

Sorry – couldn’t be of more assistance.
