I recently bought Australian Propert Investor, hoping to find some info about investing in Darwin. The RE Institute was fairly minimal with their stats as well. Does anyone have info on capital growth over the past 20 years, expected growth, Population increases, etc,etc.

ah darwin, my favourite town.
i have an IP there and getting information is tricky at best.
email me for some web pages (there are plenty) plust stats on the last 12 months etc.
if you are going to buy in darwin, know the area extremelly well as you may end up buying in a bad neighbourhood.
